Post-review fixes to Dockerization of build/test. (#11) 

Remove clean-up code from `test.sh` as it's not needed when using
`docker-compose run` (and indeed produces a confusing error).

Add extra line to generated Python methods file (lint fix).

Fix typo in the README file.
