Create video tutorial of installing and using the card client

Create a video which works through the following:

• How to install the card client (on windows),
• How to query for different groups of people,
• How to setup the card client to run on a schedule,

Publish this video (or multiple videos) so that they can be linked from the readme to help people get up to speed with the card client.

This audience for these videos is COs and IT managers, so should cater for varying levels of experience with Python, YAML, the command line.

Thanks Sam, I'll raise an MR to add a link to the readme. @kn340 what's the best place to put this video? Should it go alongside the videos from the TechLinks? Do you know how to upload videos to that sharepoint site?
