Communicate how to setup reporting via the Card Client
For porters / IT managers who are currently exporting data from the legacy card system via the reports user interface, do a round of communications about how to setup exporting data via the card client.
This should point people to the guidance created under #43 (closed) and give a rationale for why we're asking people to make use of the card client.
We should only do comms when we have first line support in place and #43 (closed) has been completed, which should both reduce the support burden for the devops team.
