orgUnitPath not appearing in API response

We're getting intermittent errors from Google about a missing key in the response: https://gitlab.developers.cam.ac.uk/uis/devops/gsuite/sync-deploy/-/jobs/35744

Since the failure is intermittent, user sync is still happening so this is not an urgent issue but it is causing a lot of log noise.

See if there is an easy workaround.
