Investigate how to create bookings that others can edit

Currently bookings created in Booker are owned by the essm sync user (as the account that created them).

Booker doesn't appear to allow setting a different "BookedBy" when creating bookings (it gets overwritten with the essm sync user)

• Confirm this

A "BookedFor" option adds people to the "invited" list (seconds page when editing a booking in UI).

• Can this be used to assign other editors of the booking?

• Will they get emails for every booking?

• Chase UIS booker support, whether there is a better way of doing this. Student Registry would like this "fixed" for Lent sync

• How/where would the people to be given editor access be recorded in TermTime (e.g. staff fields)?
