Add comparison ops for events

Add operation(s) that take the results of the operations for getting termtime event and booker event_bookings, compare them and create new state, say:

• comparison.events.create
• comparison.events.update

Note: this is TermTime events to Booker bookings, not Booker bookings to TermTime roombookings
