Port 4569 is used for the haproxy checks, be we didn't open it.
Lets open that up, but only on the internal network.

Use the one that is bundled in the image. The kayobe playbook was
installing the pacific. Installing the repo via the package manager,
e.g dnf install centos-release-ceph-nautilus will configure a repository
that uses upstream mirrors instead of the local pulp.

This should be a complete set of repos.
