feat: support colour themes in staff UI
We now support defining the colour theme of the staff UI and naming the deployment (e.g. "QA" / "Dev") to make it easier to distinguish AMS instances.
GitLab will be updated on 12-Feb-2026 between 12:00 and 14:00. There may be small periods of service instability.
