Update weekly_routine.sh - stop archiving internally on archive folder and move files to new 'canto_input_archive' sub-folder of export-vm's archives folder

a) copying the original canto_server_export_latest.json export file to within export-vm's archives folder
b) remove time stamp from the archive export json (keeping the date stamp)
c) simplification of the script
d) better commenting

   adding a new publication date column;
   removing Corresponding author, Session first sent, Session last sent and Session sent count columns.

Update canto_deploy.yaml - removed from the line 'do_not_annotate: 1' from the 'aberration' settings, so that aberrations can be used as interacting genotypes

If publications have associated sessions (which all loaded publications have by default), this script will spit out the list of associated sessions

Update weekly_export.sh - edits to copy the export json into its dedicated folder within flybase-vm's archives: /data/export/archives/canto_export_json
