adding logger setup code for epi_processor runs when running fit.py
removing calls to psutils when displaying memory usage

making run dirs be archived if running processor from __main__ (was defualt before, now requires specifying)

splitting out logger creation in processor_base to allow processors to be called with a different logger setup (for example epi_fit)

Fix: remove Content column from output, because of the extra commas make it hard to read the files in.

adding wheat_group and wheat_group_display args to depo - this will be used when we start running different strains dynamically. For now we are hard-coding to "PROD". The "PROD" will appear in filenames, but not the image titles

extracting functions to allow the ews job dir and the config dict to be created without needing to run the pipeline - allows epi fitting to retrieve these values if the peipeline has already run

adding new json config param 'NAMEFileDateRegexp', which allows the epi Loader to work with daily production and epi - fit NAME data
restoring accidentally deleted reference to the config dict used by processor_base - allowing access of the config after a run by epi fit
swapping the epi fit gitlab-ci task to use the new fit_lb584

removing redundant clause

making the running of epi plotting dependant on whether config had been provided. Modifying tests to stop using epi outputs which are no longer included

adding ability to set additional values to the run config from the command line args (if not already present in the config json)
modifying the epi processor to look for CalculationSpanDays in both the config json and the command line args, as preparation for use with the Epi fitting, which will pass calcspan as an arg

Also fixes 'issue date' in plots.

removing the need for a spatial points file in met_extractor assets to check the output dimensions, now compared to the input nc that created the results
