A Jupyter notebook and some Python modules for single-cycle kinetics analysis of biolayer interferometry (BLI) data. Include data pre-processing (e.g., baseline alignment, reference subtraction, etc.) and binding model fitting to estimate Kon, Koff and KD of biomolecular interactions.
