make the Raven device usage page dynamic

Dr Rich Wareham requested to merge make-device-usage-dynamic into master

We have a Raven Device Usage API. Make use of it to drive the page.

The result can be seen at https://techdesign.uis.cam.ac.uk/en/make-device-usage-dynamic/guidance/devices/ and has been tested under Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox which, as we can see, are the vast majority of browsers in use :).
