  * Rebuld based on Ubuntu's 5.0.0 HWE kernel, source from
    tag Ubuntu-hwe-5.0.0-25.26_18.04.1 in the git repository:
    https://kernel.ubuntu.com/git/ubuntu/ubuntu-bionic.git
  * Refresh patches. Module version number is now 2.17mcs1.
  * Update BUILD_EXCLUSIVE_KERNEL directive to match 5.0.*.
  * Update README file to adapt to changes to git and to be
    more explicit as to some of the steps of the update process.
