Merge 2.x branch (newest 2.8) into Master.

Several years ago, the Cambridge Drupal Install Profile was split into 1.x (older legacy sites) and 2.x (newer sites from the Falcon migrations (commonly known as Falcon on Drupal)). This migration process finished approximately 18 months ago, and all 1.x sites were upgraded and moved onto the 2.x Profile. We no longer have any sites internally using 1.x, therefore it is time to update Master to the 2.x codebase.
