Add CORS and update remotelog model

E. Evstafiev requested to merge add-cors-and-update-remotelog-model into main

This merge request includes:

  1. The dev port has been updated to 8200 to be more compatible with other services running locally in Docker.
  2. CORS has been added.
  3. The RemoteLog model has been updated: event type is now a dictionary, and data type is a list.
