Allow customisation of key used to decrypt secrets

Dr Rich Wareham requested to merge issue-6-configure-encryption-key into master

As noted in #6 (closed), the key used to decrypt secrets is hard-coded into logan. Provide a method to configure the key and keep the current behaviour as default.
