Create integration with LinkedIn Learning API to enrol all staff and students

Incoming request to me for adding LinkedIn Learning for all students and staff:

Another urgent request from central university. We need to add all staff and students to LinkedIn Learning.

You should be an Admin of LinkedIn Learning, go to https://www.linkedin.com/learning-admin/ and sign in with your uni account.

There is an API for provisioning https://www.linkedin.com/learning-admin/settings/integrations/api-application-provisioning which I think Dean was looking at (I seem to remember that Dean mentioned that this API was just to upload a CSV, which is the same that you upload via the website UI)

Information can also be sync from Shib, when the user logs in, if you go to https://www.linkedin.com/learning-admin/settings/global and see "Custom Attributes", it allows you to map attributes from Shib to the ones in LinkedIn to update them. It also has an option to create automatically a group based on those attributes (one could be the department).
