feat: push docker images to public registry

Description
This MR uses the two new jobs from the artifact-registry CI template:
artifact-registry-push-publicartifact-registry-push-public-dev
To allow pushing all docker images to the public registry.
Mainly using the feat: to actually trigger a new version that will be pushed.
