Remove usage of client certificates

Dr Abraham Martin requested to merge remove-certificates into master

Move from using client certificates to username and password as this old behaviour is no longer supported in clusters created with master versions >1.12. Remove all the outputs, variables, etc that refer to certificates and move to use username/password.
