Removed "workflow" label as the UIS guidelines for merge requests state that "workflow" labels should be used on issues related to merge requests, not on the merge requests themselves.

Removed all other labels as they appear to be applied only to issues. Raised issue uis/devops/docs/guidebook#37 on the guidebook project to clarify this.
