Remove the default bes_ssh_key_users variable

Add it as a requirement in the README.

I believe this will break SSGW Cluster Deployment bootstrap.yml playbook that only sets ssh_key_users not bes_ssh_key_users.

Robin is correct it will.

This setting is only a mapping between ssh_key_users and bes_ssh_key_users as the default assumption is you would want these to be the same.

This can be changed by mapping it to whatever you want or setting it as a dict
