OpenAPI spec updates

Robin Goodall requested to merge update-specs-14Dec22 into main
  • Adds affiliations to Card
  • Resorts scarf enum
  • HR spec file is just sorted (checked nothing new)
  • Student spec file is sorted and nullable: true added to DOB
