Add support for Lookup API

Dave Hart requested to merge 18-add-lookup-api into main

Modify code generator settings and add configuration code to generate hooks for calling the Lookup API from Python.

Update package version to 1.0.10 (as new version is backwards compatible despite adding support for a whole new API).
