Update lookup test url

Code changes minimal but rebuilding downloads was a pain (as I foolishly - and in the end have to cave - tried to avoid having to install ant locally).

Hmm, though there was a problem with python client so rebuilt it. Turns out is was just me being stupid.

Unfortunately, test.pypi.org now has previous commit and you don't appear to be able to update an existing version.

These build scripts need improving/bringing in to the 21st century
