As we have ids (see: https://gitlab.developers.cam.ac.uk/uis/devops/iam/card-database/card-api/-/blob/master/openapi.yaml?ref_type=heads&plain=1#L3039) instead of crsids, we need to update the CardIdentifierUpdateRequestEvent.
