Use v1alpha2 and v1beta1 versions of identity APIs.

This allows the card client to use the latest version of the identity APIs, making use of the new identifiers schemes produced by these APIs.

Additionally, make the change from 'full_name' to 'visible_name' given that this is a major release and allowed to make breaking changes.
