Update user account details page to show next steps on on information incorrect

Description

If the user selects that their account information is incorrect they should be given some additional details for next steps, and the "Next" button changes to "Finish", as they can no longer progress through the flow.

Not expected to add a new page as part of this work.

Acceptance criteria

• Page matches styling.
• "Previous" button takes user back to User Input page, and their info has been deleted.
• On "No" selected:
  • Additional information about user's next steps is displayed
  • "Next" button text changes to "Finish", and clicking navigates to landing page.
