Write up how a deployment works when making use of pacemaker

Monty Dawson requested to merge ibis-issue-29-document-deployment-using-pacemaker into master

After doing the Lookup release I thought it would be useful to write up the steps that were taken, which will hopefully be useful for future devs who don't know much about pacemaker (like me 😀).
