Fix CloudRun module links to related explanation page

Apologies, I previous added some bad links in !455 (merged).

The MR pipeline test job passed but then subsequently failed once the changes were merged. I'm unsure why that's the case but probably worth looking into further.

This MR is only to fix those issues identified in the test job. One link has been fixed and another remove as I noticed I had accidentally added some duplication.
