feat: Add mkdocs-exclude and exclude non-presentation markdown pages....

feat:

• Add mkdocs-exclude and exclude non-presentation markdown pages.
• Separated nav configuration vs other mkdocs configuration (mkdocs.base.yml vs mkdocs.yml)
• Now produces docs build free from any warnings & errors
