fix(pages): enable directory URLs in pages
Enable directory URLs in pages because some of our pages assume they are hosted in that way, notably docs/contact/oublic-keys.md expects to find JavaScript in a relative location.
GitLab will be updated on 12-Feb-2026 between 12:00 and 14:00. There may be small periods of service instability.
