feat: re-order services page to be alphabetised

Dr Rich Wareham requested to merge issue-242-re-order-services into master

Re-order services to be (roughly) alphabetical. We still keep service groupings interpolated within the top-level groups. An alternative approach to #243 (closed) may be to keep these groups at the top?
