Highlight on the SMS page that the service is being decomissioned
We should make it very clear on the Streaming Media Service (SMS) page that the service is being decommissioned, adding a warning (or even "danger") banner to highlight this.
GitLab will be updated on 12-Feb-2026 between 12:00 and 14:00. There may be small periods of service instability.
