There was a stray ucamwebauth in the Changelog, which made building a
source package fail. Additionally, I added myself to Uploaders.

The templates macros now support multiple calls: more than one lookup
input tag can be used in a template

LookupGroup is a model to store lookup groups in the local database, it
is basically used to be able to make relations with other models and to
cache the name of the group.
