Relax verification script constraints and extend reporting

Dave Hart requested to merge drive-verification-extra-reporting-and-allow-underscores into master

Modify verification script to permit underscores around the UCAS PID value in each applicant file name.

Extend verification script reporting to include the names of files/folders that have issues, the names of their respective college drives, and the number of files/folders in each failure category in the summary.
