Configure SMI sync for integration testing

Description

Update the syncronisation-job-specification secret to configure the behaviour of the camsis-sync job in the integration environment.

Further details

The camsis-sync job inserts, updates, or deletes SMI applicant records based on the CamSIS feed.
The feed of SMI applicants from CamSIS (/SMIApplicants.v1) contains applicants across all cycles & subjects.
We wish to only use a subset of these when updating the SMI:

• exclude applicants wishing to study Foundation Year in the AH&SS (FYC1) or the Graduate Medical Course (MDGX).
• exclude applicants with application years other than 2024.

• Update the syncronisation-job-specification secret under uga-int-85261c0e with:
  • Under camsis.provider.exclude:

  - "subject": "FYC1"
  - "subject": "MDGX"
  - "subject": "FYPA"

  • Under camsis.provider.filter:

  - "year": 2023

Acceptance criteria

1. Only applicants for courses other than FYC1 and MDGX are added to the SMI.
2. Only applicants with <applicationYear>2024</ are added to the SMI.
