Build artifacts aren't being uploaded

What did you see?

As part of the tox: [3.11] job, coverage and junit build artifacts should be uploaded, but the path the artifacts are stored in is wrong. It's missing the py3 folder.

What did you expect to see?

Expected to see the artifacts successfully uploaded at the end of the job.

Where does this happen?

This happens in the CI/CD job.

How do I recreate this?

Run a pipeline in GitLab.
