Debug Monitor

Voyager should have a debug monitor class that can also be a small GUI tool. If we run Voyager in debug mode this monitor is activated and should show us information to help to monitor the run and debug.

1. The StrategyStates and their current variables, in particular, ended and opened branches
2. The Voyager dags that are active or inactive
3. The Strategy Queue and its prioritization
4. The memory usage
5. The database
6. the Multiprocessing/threading status
