If the assined IP doesn't have an alias like 1-2-3-4.example.com the
script would fail silently

cname-management pipeline was failing caused by dig command returning
empty string when not reaching DNS server

This commit sets a name server to look for and refactor the command

* Fix indentation

This module was calling jackdaw-cname-management/scripts/api.sh instead
of scripts/api.sh

This commit add module path to script call and updates api.sh script to
latest on jackdaw-cname-management repo.
