Use https to clone mofed role

Will Szumski requested to merge arcus/train-staging-mofed-https into arcus/train-staging

This is to avoid the need to add a deploy key to the mofed repository. Even though it is public, you need a recognised SSH key to clone via SSH. Using HTTPS avoids the need to add a deploy key for the CI runner.
