Add configuration for /fly-canto path

This PR adds a /fly-canto path with configuration as similar as possible to the config used by https://curation.pombase.org/pombe

If everything works then Canto can be accessed using https://flybase-vm.pdn.cam.ac.uk/fly-canto/

I'm an Apache config amateur but this works for us. I'm more than happy to arrange to call if there are still problems, although all my knowledge of Apache configuration is from trail and error. :-)
