Take hostname from CLIENTHOSTNAME environment var if set

We set CLIENTHOSTNAME on Xymon clients to tell them what hostname to report ot Xymon under. Plugins should also honour that if set; for example inside a cluster the node FQDN isn't usually sufficiently unique within our Xymon infrastructure so we set CLIENTHOSTNAME.
