If I read the pipeline logs correctly, it fails because the link in wpkg-xml is missing.

CustomAction +PrismSearchPlugin.dll.x64 returned actual error code -2147024770 (note this may not be 100% accurate if translation happened inside sandbox)

When the installer runs inside the CI docker container, it fails when trying to register a dll. I could certainly believe this is artificial and a side effect of the CI environment.

@skk50 can you confirm that you have succesully installed and removed the wpkg on a "real" Windows installation please? If so we can flag the package as one where we skip the CI.

The wpkg installs and removes successfully on one of our standard workstations. I tested it on pebbles.
