Thunderbird -> 91.7.0

Dr Adam Thorn requested to merge thunderbird91.7.0 into master

NB I also propose we remove Thunderbird Setup 68*.exe and Thunderbird Setup 78*.exe from the deploy folder, leaving just Thunderbird Setup 91*.exe as the only executables (plus a couple of config files)

@cm214 if you're happy with that, please feel free to hit delete the next time you're looking at that folder.
