Openssh srv

Mr Chris B Mortimer requested to merge openssh_srv into master

OpenSSH Of Windows PCs, mainly aimed at Maths as part of the install looks for existing SSH key files on an existing Maths share. If the files exist then they are copied to the PC, allowing upgrades/reinstall without changing the SSH keys.
