I've not figured out why nsis might use wow64232node but it does. So
I'll accept either variant of the reg key as a sign of successful
installation.

NB 2.45.1 also adds procmon to the set of tools

It looks to be rather difficult to disable autoupdates for brackets, so
using just versionequalto could be problematic

wpkg's packages.xsd specifies that we should order elements as

<install><condition /><exit /></install>

rather than

<install><exit /><condition /></install>

I don't believe there's any need for both mainversion and patchversion; the
Chemistry package has always used just one without any problems.

Having the mst in a dir involving %mainversion% will lead to a maintenance
headache when doing upgrades. I've been using the same mst without problems
for a few years' worth of DC versions.

Call me a pessimist but I bet this package automatically updates - but
if I'm wrong then this commit will do nothing and be harmless!

Because these files are optionally copied, we can't just
unconditionally include them in the install check condition.
