I was getting:

Exit code returned non-successful value: 2
Package: Irfanview.
Command:
cmd /c rmdir /s /q "%programfiles(x86)%\irfanview"
Removal of Irfanview successful.

i.e. the rmdir was returning 2 ("directory not found") but because that
was the final remove cmd and the package check condition was no longer
satisfied, wpkg was happy that the removal had completed.

I've not figured out why nsis might use wow64232node but it does. So
I'll accept either variant of the reg key as a sign of successful
installation.

NB 2.45.1 also adds procmon to the set of tools

It looks to be rather difficult to disable autoupdates for brackets, so
using just versionequalto could be problematic
