Restructure role mapping
NB this will require drush cdel linuxgroup_to_role.settings role_mappings following by manual restoration of mappings via drush lgtr-addmap GROUPNAME ROLENAME. Whilst this is quite a breaking change, I've only deployed the module on one live site so far so will accept this.
