Send redirect after inserting/updating record

Send a redirect to the record edit page after submitting the edit.php form to insert or update a record. This prevents the user from accidentally resubmitting the form if they should refresh the browser page, which is happening a lot in Chemistry (Chemistry RT 221263) and causing confusion.
