Issue to track corrections to be made from an initial proof read:

• Empty (unnecessary) index page under Standards
• "Governtment" typo under Standards/API tech standards
• "desisgning" typo on same page
• "AD FS" - extra space? - Standards/Auth
• "bough" typo on same page
• "infrastructre" typo on Standards/Coding
• Missing close parenthesis on same line
• "accross" typo on Standars/deployment
